Rock 'N River Festival/PA Stone Skipping Championship

Come to Franklin€™s Riverfront Park and enjoy music, crafts, food, boat rides, rock painting, chicken barbeque and great fun from 11 am to€“ 4 pm. See professionals and amateurs alike compete for the state championship of skipping stones across the water. Children may compete in Gerplunking.
