The Oil Region Alliance will be accepting sealed proposals until Tuesday, August 18,2009 for engineering, design and permitting services for approximately 2-milesof paved recreational trail from Oil City north to McClintock Well #1 in Corn planter Township. As each project progresses from planning into implementation, the Oil Region Alliance solicits proposals, bids, and cost quotations from potential vendors. For instance, please see the following list of recent, open, and upcoming vendor opportunities. Due to the various procurement requirements of grantors, please realize that the timing, publishing, and review selection criteria will vary somewhat from project to project, in accordance with the grantor’s requirements and whether payment of prevailing wage rates apply.
