NPS Passport Program

The Oil Region Alliance is now a partner in the NPS Passport to Your National Parks Program

Passports are informative keepsakes, with interesting facts about the National Parks, maps and room for stamps to commemorate your visit to each region. Youth passports feature more photos, shorter articles and a field journal, making them a great activity for kids on trips.

The Oil Region National Heritage Area, while not an actual National Park, is one of the representatives of the NPS in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

NPS Passports do not serve as admission to any park nor as a valid ID.

Five sites in the Oil Region National Heritage Area are cancellation stations for the NPS Passport Program:

  • Drake Well Museum at 202 Museum Lane in Titusville, PA
    Stamps NPS Passports during normal business hours which are Tuesday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. from March through December.
  • Venango Museum of Art, Science & Industry
    NPS Passports may be stamped during normal business hours. It is open April through December, Tuesday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • DeBence Antique Music World
    Passports may stamped during normal business hours, which are April through October, Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 to 4 p.m.
  • The Pumping Jack Museum at 511 Hill Street in Emlenton
    Will stamp your NPS Passport but you must call first as they are open by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call the Little It Deli at 724.867.8000 or the Emlenton Borough Office at 724.867.8611.
  • The Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry & Tourism
    Stamps NPS Passports during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Calling ahead to confirm hours and availability is advised.

NPS Passports are available for sale at all of the cancellation stations. Adult passports are $9.95 plus tax and kids’ passports are $6.95 plus tax.
