Oil Region National Heritage Area | The Valley that Changed the World

Workforce

Prepared, skilled, hardworking.

Though the population has declined over the last thirty years and a large portion of the current workforce is aging out, a population still exists in the Oil Region with the same strong work ethic as the first pioneers who settled west of the Alleghenies.

Drawing from a radius of some 30 miles, the Oil Region’s workforce is prepared, skilled, hardworking and ready to be leveraged for the benefit of your business.
