The Oil Region Alliance is a partner in the NPS Passport to Your National Parks Program
Passports are informative keepsakes, with interesting facts about the National Parks, maps and room for stamps to commemorate your visit to each region.
The Oil Region National Heritage Area, a partner of the National Park Service system, is one of the representatives of the NPS in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
NPS Passports do not serve as admission to any park nor as a valid ID.
Five sites in the Oil Region National Heritage Area are cancellation stations for the NPS Passport Program:
- Drake Well Museum at 202 Museum Lane in Titusville, Venango County
Stamps NPS Passports during normal business hours which are Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. from April through October and Friday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. from November to March. https://www.drakewell.org/ - Venango Museum of Art, Science & Industry at 270 Seneca St., Oil City, Venango County

Stamps NPS Passports during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Calling ahead (814-677-3152) to confirm hours and availability is advised. - DeBence Antique Music World at 1261 Liberty St., Franklin, Venango County
Passports may stamped during normal business hours, which are April through October, Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 to 4 p.m. By appointment November through March. https://debencemusicworld.com/ - The Pumping Jack Museum at 511 Hill Street, Emlenton, Venango County
The Museum is currently closed. You may check with the Emlenton Borough Office to see if someone is available to provide access to the stamp. The office is located at the same address and reachable at 724.867.8611.
Adult and kids’ NPS Passports are available for sale at some of the above cancellation stations.
