Cultural and arts shows, presentations, and concerts.
Events hosted by service clubs and organizations, non-profits, and municipalities.
Training programs.
Special meetings, such as annual meetings or awards programs.
Events held within the Oil Region (Venango County, Oil Creek Township in eastern Crawford County, the borough of Hydetown, the City of Titusville) and surrounding communities.
Events that promote tourism, economic development, recreation, and heritage preservation (but not for profit).
Church or religious organization events, such as service days and festivals, that do not promote specific religious beliefs or attempt to proselytize.

Political events.
Religious events.
Retail promotions or meetings to promote sales or gain clients.
Fundraisers on behalf of individuals.
Regular meetings of organizations.
Events outside of the Oil Region (Venango County, Oil Creek Township in eastern Crawford County, the borough of Hydetown, the City of Titusville, and neighboring communities) unless the event specifically includes Oil Region communities.
Events that discrimination or promote discrimination based on race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, marital status, political beliefs or any other protected category.
