The Witherup House B&B and Knights Inn in Franklin are pet-friendly, as are all Franklin city parks. Franklin also celebrates pets each September with the annual Pet Fest.
The Caboose Motel has dog-friendly rooms for spending the night in a refurbished train car in Titusville.
Some of the area’s homeshares are pet-friendly, too.
Stevie’s Field of Dreams is a dog park located within the Ed Myer Complex at 524 Allen St., Titusville.
Dogs are welcome at Two Mile Run County Park and Oil Creek State Park, which includes a lot of our trails, but dogs must be on leashes at all times.
If your furry friend gets a little muddy on the trail, the Cranberry 10 Minute Oil Change has a Pet Wash, complete with ramp, tub, and sprayer at 6985 US Rt. 322, Cranberry, PA 16319. There is a cost to use this facility.
If more pampering is in order, check out The Barking Lot at 405 S. Franklin Street in Titusville. They offer grooming services, but if you need a place to leave your pet while you’re traveling, they also offer doggie day care and boarding services.
